Description

We are seeking an experienced Principal / Associate – Transport Planning & Mobility to join our Transport Planning & Mobility team in Dubai. This role will lead and contribute to the delivery of transport planning, traffic engineering, and mobility solutions for a portfolio of Dubai-based projects within the Transport & Infrastructure business unit. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in transport planning studies, traffic modelling, and mobility strategy development, with a strong understanding of Dubai’s regulatory environment. A mandatory requirement for this role is being an RTA Level 3 Approved Liaison Engineer, enabling effective coordination with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) throughout project lifecycles. This is a senior role requiring strong technical capability, leadership, and client-facing skills, with the ability to drive integrated and forward-thinking transport solutions across complex infrastructure programmes.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of transport planning, traffic engineering, and mobility solutions for Dubai-based projects. Coordinate with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) to drive integrated infrastructure solutions.
