In this critical role, you will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cutting-edge Audio-Visual (AV) and Information Technology (IT) systems while ensuring robust security measures across our enterprise infrastructure. Spearhead the development and execution of AVIT and security strategies aligned with organizational goals Design and oversee the implementation of complex AVIT systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for AVIT and network security vulnerabilities Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of large-scale AVIT and security projects Collaborate with stakeholders to define security requirements and implement best practices across the organization Develop and maintain documentation for AVIT systems, security protocols, and standard operating procedures Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in AVIT and cybersecurity to drive innovation within the organization Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for critical AVIT and security issues Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 10+ years of experience in AVIT and security engineering, with a proven track record of leading complex projects Advanced knowledge of Audio-Visual systems and Information Technology, including AV control systems (e.g., Crestron, AMX, Extron) Expertise in network security protocols, cloud security, and IoT device security Strong understanding of IP networking and enterprise network architecture Proficiency in designing and implementing enterprise-level security solutions Experience with project management methodologies and leading cross-functional teams Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CTS-D are highly desirable Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies and industry trends in AVIT and cybersecurity Business Line: Energy and Sustainable Cities Type of contract: Permanent contract Service Line: Buildings Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: zz-DoNotUse-Design and Engineering Profession: zz-DoNotUse-Electrical and Mechanical
