Border Rivers Christian College is a non-denominational, Christian P-12 day school in the beautiful border town of Goondiwindi, Queensland
The College is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced person to lead the College in the next phase of its development. The successful applicant will report to the Board and will work closely with Leadership and other College staff as they aim to foster a love of learning, unreserved participation and caring for others in a way that pleases God.

The successful applicant will be an experienced and visionary Christian leader who:

• Demonstrates a personal commitment to the Christian faith and upholds Christian values in all aspects of leadership
• Possesses strong educational leadership and administrative skills
• Has a genuine passion for Christian education and rural communities
• Is committed to partnering with staff, students, families, and the broader community

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to the ethos of Christian Education, affirmation of the College’s Statement of Faith and a lifestyle that is consistent with this. Applicants must comply with Child Protection and other requirements for Non-Government Schools in Queensland.
