Job Description How You'll Make a Difference: Lead and manage BIM and digital delivery across multidisciplinary building engineering projects. Oversee the setup, configuration, documentation, and quality assurance of BIM models and project delivery. Facilitate project start-up and coordination meetings to ensure alignment with BIM and digital engineering execution plans. Mentor and upskill team members in digital delivery tools, workflows, and best practices. Support business development through strong client engagement and contribution to bid and fee proposals. Proven expertise in Revit-based multidisciplinary project delivery and BIM management. Strong proficiency with digital tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and automation of BIM tasks. Demonstrated ability to write, review, and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and Digital Engineering Execution Plans (DEXPs). Experience in leading and influencing project teams to enhance digital delivery standards and quality outcomes.
