• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions
• Support the creation of business cases by clearly articulating the scope and requirements.
• Lead interactions with stakeholders to understand their needs, concerns and the environment that they operate in using appropriate tools / techniques
• Design high-level solutions that align with business strategy, leveraging both technology and process enhancementsSupport testing activities such as defect analysis, provide support to change management & training and/or implementation teams to ensure the delivery of the overall business and technology solutions meet desired business outcomes.
