JOB DESCRIPTION Compensation $62,300 - $116,800 Purpose This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services. This role involves analyzing performance data, resolving customer issues, and leading initiatives to improve service delivery processes. The Senior Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Resolve complex customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Collect, analyze, and report on performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare and present detailed reports on service delivery performance and metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement service delivery improvements. Provide guidance and support to junior analysts and team members. Participate in the development and implementation of service delivery strategies.
