As a Principal Business Analyst, GCC Reporting & Process Excellence working hybrid in Hyderabad, India, you'll be a part of bringing humanity to business. #experienceTTEC What You'll Do - This role will support the Senior Program Manager in executing reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives across the GCC. The incumbent will own data collection, dashboard maintenance, and analytical deep-dives, while also driving day-to-day PMO hygiene across active workstreams. This is a hands-on execution role designed to scale the GCC's reporting and governance capacity. You'll report to VP, Head of GCC. During a Typical Day, You’ll 1. Maintain GCC dashboards and operational scorecards; ensure data accuracy and on-time refresh cycles 2. Conduct ad-hoc analyses on headcount, utilization, attrition, cost, and project health metrics 3. Support PMO operations — track action items, prepare steering committee decks, manage project documentation 4. Identify process gaps and inefficiencies; document current-state workflows and recommend improvements 5. Coordinate inputs from functional SPOCs for monthly business reviews and ELT updates 6. Build self-service reporting templates to reduce manual effort across GCC teams What You Bring to the Role 1. 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, MIS / reporting, or PMO functions 2. Hands-on proficiency with Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and basic SQL 3. Exposure to GCC, IT services, or shared services environments preferred 4.
