Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Responsible for managing business development and is able to serve as the relationship manager of one or more partners if required. Helps identify, manage and escalate risk and client complaints or issues. Performs market analyses and business development activities to drive profitable sales volume and revenue. May have responsibility for a specific geographic territory Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

HOW YOU’LL DO IT

  • Manage clients to retain and grow existing partners in the issuing space by exploring growth opportunities.
  • Drive implementation and supports process/operational including; development of communications, account management, approval requests and contract negotiations to ensure compliance and risk management practices are followed.
  • Work with manager to develop territory/prospect plan, engage processor partners to develop prospect and lead generation.
  • Support onboarding of Relationship Manager when appropriate to ensure positive partner experience. Supports exploration of new partnership opportunities that drive new business growth and value.
  • Work closely with Compliance, Legal and Due Diligence teams to provide support to team members in the development of proposals and client contract renewals. Informally, provides peer coaching and guidance to team members.
