Your responsibilities will include: ● BS or BA degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field (MBA preferred) ● Minimum of 7 years' experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields ● Advanced expertise with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) ● Proficiency writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and validation ● Proven ability to translate business problems into technical solutions ● Experience with data warehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake) ● Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, persuasive insights for senior stakeholders ● Demonstrated project management skills, including prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery of analytics initiatives ● Ability to travel up to 10% domestically ● Minimum of 5 years' experience within the medical device industry supporting a field sales organization ● Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels ● Strong organizational skills and ability to handle work of a highly confidential nature ● Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities under strict deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and customer service ● Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, clear language ● Prior experience in Sales Operations, Finance, Sales Compensation, or Sales Enablement ● Continuous Improvement Mindset: self-starter with a strong bias toward learning Requisition ID: 618550 Minimum Salary: $99100 Maximum Salary: $188300 Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
