Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Principal BI Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-level business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Databricks, with a deep understanding of modern data platforms, best practices in data modeling, and enterprise reporting strategies. This role will be pivotal in shaping our BI architecture, guiding technical standards, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Data Mesh, Lakehouse, and modern data architecture patterns.
• Familiarity with ML/AI integration in BI solutions using Databricks Machine Learning or Azure ML.
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Expert, Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate, or equivalent certifications.
