Responsibilities
  • Monitors short to long-term business trends/outlooks and gathers competitive intelligence to contribute to strategic business planning discussions with leadership.
  • Demonstrates expertise in the economics of business and understanding of key telecommunications products and services for small, medium, and large enterprises.
  • Manages a wide range of investigative studies to assess the organization’s present and future position regarding competitive dynamics, market share, effectiveness of current marketing/sales programs, and feasibility of new products.
  • Provides research findings and works with Product, Commercialization, and Marketing teams to facilitate development of effective marketing plans and programs.
  • Provides consultation to all levels of the organization on the identification of go-to-market plays, product roadmap enhancements, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develops perspective on actions needed and acts as thought leader for leadership alignment and opportunity evaluation and execution.
  • Directs cross-functional teams to complete deliverables on time and budget.
  • Develops highly effective executive presentations and leadership content for program updates and progress through initiatives lifecycle.
  • May provide guidance and oversight of work to less experienced contributors.
