Responsibilities
  • Transformation Partnerships: Build strong relationships with officer teams and senior leadership to deeply understand strategic objectives, identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation, and shape the vision for innovation across the organization.
  • AI Strategy Development & Implementation: Partner with cross-functional business and technical teams to design, develop, and deploy practical AI solutions. Lead the identification, prioritization, and execution of use cases that advance business goals and deliver tangible results.
  • Change Management Leadership: Drive organizational readiness for AI adoption by developing and leading change management strategies. Design and implement communication, training, and engagement programs that prepare teams for new technologies and foster a culture of innovation.
  • Strategic Analysis & Business Case Development: Conduct thorough market, industry, and competitor analyses to identify emerging trends and inform decision-making. Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate the impact and potential of AI initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Serve as a key liaison between business and technical stakeholders. Develop clear, compelling presentations and materials for executive audiences, presenting recommendations and ensuring alignment throughout project lifecycles.
  • Project Leadership & Execution: Lead complex, high-impact projects with minimal oversight, collaborating with both business and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and successful adoption of AI tools and processes.
  • Continuous Improvement & Best Practices: Champion best practices for AI adoption, change management, and innovation. Mentor and influence peers, sharing expertise to build organizational capability and resilience through transformation
