The Role

They are seeking a new Principal Civil Engineer to help lead and deliver a broad range of civil and infrastructure projects, supporting design, coordination and client outcomes across multiple disciplines, with a clear pathway to further leadership within a nationally growing team.

The Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver civil engineering projects of a complex nature to meet client and authority requirements
• Apply sound judgement to develop practical, technically robust engineering solutions across infrastructure and building-related works
• Manage design, specification and reporting deliverables across project packages, including liaison with drafters and designers for documentation delivery
• Provide high-level technical oversight across designs and models, reviewing and guiding detailed production work while enabling confident, solution-focused client discussions
• Undertake site inspections and engineering reviews where required
• Liaise and coordinate with councils, architects and services and structural engineers on design issues
