As the Principal Psychologist, you will:

• Lead the coordination and delivery of evidence-based psychological care across the Mental Health & Wellbeing Division.
• Drive professional standards, clinical supervision, recruitment, and workforce planning for psychologists.
• Provide expert consultation, support critical incidents, and foster a culture of clinical excellence and innovation.
• Champion psychological research, education, and workforce capability.
• Promote co-design with consumers, carers, and lived experience staff.
