Description
The primary accountability of the position is to complete the transfer of our technology to deliver to our customers' UOP-licensed, UOP-designed units and third-party licensed or designed units ( including upgrade or revamp of existing units) so they operate optimally, profitably and safely. To do so, the Specialist will have regular interaction with external customers, and with other UOP and Callidus personnel involved in technology and equipment delivery projects. In addition to customer contact, the position provides interaction with all the UOP and Callidus departments involved with technology sales, engineering and execution. The interaction with other UOP and Callidus departments provides excellent exposure as well as providing knowledge of accountabilities in other areas. The role will require regular communication and coordination with Service Managers, who are accountable for the Commercial relationship with the customers, and our field services team and/or contract service staff. Responsibilities
