This role supports business clients with annual revenues ranging from $100MM to $2B, delivering strategic financial solutions and building long-term relationships. In this role, you will:

  • Build, retain, and grow complex client relationships by understanding financial priorities, managing expectations, and providing strategic guidance
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in delivering tailored solutions including cash flow, real estate loans, and industry-specific offerings with enterprise-level impact
  • Lead strategy and execution of comprehensive solutions to meet significant client needs, collaborating with product teams and internal stakeholders
  • Provide leadership and industry expertise to shape company-wide Commercial Banking strategies and influence financial operations
  • Guide cross-functional teams to improve processes, manage risk, resolve client issues, and mentor junior colleagues
  • Drive relationship planning and maintain disciplined sales and pipeline management
  • Support business development efforts by sourcing new clients and leveraging existing networks
  • Partner with Product Management to align client and market needs with strategic initiatives across the enterprise
