QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Human Resources, Business, etc.) is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of application development roles, trends, and industry-specific qualifications.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Adept at using various sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Understanding of relevant labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Principal Consultant, you will actively take leadership over a Recruitment team as a billing manager; that will drive sales and revenue growth as well as develop the team members under you into top-performing consultants.
As a leader within the business, you will play active part in supporting Atomic’s growth in the coming years and take core decisions on what markets in the tech markets that we develop.
You will leverage your industry knowledge, network, and recruiting expertise to guide and manage a team of consultants/senior consultants on how to source, screen, and place highly skilled professionals in roles ranging from commercial roles to research and development, regulatory affairs roles etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop business and grow Atomic’s presence within the relevant market.
  • Provide guidance and support to the consultants under your care, driving top performance and leading by example.
  • Create a strategic road map/business plan for the growth of the team.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, certifications, and qualifications to assess candidate suitability.
  • Ensure the team’s profitability and key performance indexes are met.
