As the Senior Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for Leverages in-depth industry knowledge of the business environment and various technical solutions to assist the customer to gain market share and increase operational efficiencies. Provides technical and consultative leadership for Consulting technical solutions opportunities on a range of complex engagements, focused on an industry or service offering. Requires an in-depth understanding of an organization’s business, industry requirements and systems.   Accountabilities• Understanding the customer’s strategic, organizational and business challenges and offers solutions as they relate to the future business environment and operational objectives• May include analyzing requirements, implementation, customization, integration and documentation for the customer, project management, change management, etc.• Works closely with Sales, pre-sales, project managers, other consulting team members, and the customer to ensure a smooth implementation and transition from start-up to integration/production mode• Leads solution and proposal development once project goals and objectives have been defined.   Responsibilities Knowledge & Application Serves as an expert in the field and principal advisor Provides, guides and uses professional concepts in developing resolutions to critical issues Applies extensive knowledge of theories, practices and design matters Leads the application of existing principles and guides development of new ideas   PROBLEM SOLVING Works on issues that impact program success or address future concepts and products Solutions are devised based on limited information and require judgment Implementation of solutions requires a longer-term view which impacts strategic goals and objectives Results impact multiple functions   Experience & Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering or a related field (preferred). - 15+ years of related experience in a professional role with a bachelor’s degree; or 12+ years and a master’s degree; or a PhD with 8+ years experience; or equivalent experience - Proven leadership experience in consulting or related fields. - In-depth understanding of industry requirements and business environments. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Fluency in written and spoken English. - Strong analytical and reporting skills. - Proficiency in consulting tools, project management tools, and solution design frameworks.
