WHAT SKILLS YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

• Extensive experience of the broader technology ecosystem, common approaches to managing technology, modern technology concepts and expertise in at least one focused area of practice.
• End-to-end engagement lifecycle management experience, from pre-sales and account management activities to billing.
• Strong experience in successfully leading engagements that have produced business outcomes.
• Ability to develop, lead and facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify problems and develop solutions using contemporary approaches.
• A cloud principal consultant should have a natural focus and strength across the following areas:
• Public Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Cloud-Native Architecture (Microservices, Serverless Computing).
• Cloud-Native Databases (Azure CosmosDB, AWS DynamoDB).
• Cloud Security (IAM & Network Security).
• Cloud Migration (re-platforming & re-hosting strategies).
• DevOps and CI/CD.
• API Management (Azure API Management or AWS API Gateway)

THE ROLE

Due to growth, we are looking for a Principal Consultant - Modern Cloud to join us on a permanent basis.
In this role you will be responsible for leading cloud and infrastructure projects, whilst also building a sales pipeline of engagements, maintaining relationships with clients and developing junior peers in the practice.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Lead client engagements and build client relationships to develop an understanding of the right fit of modern cloud consulting offerings to help our clients take their next step.
• Promote market offerings and generate client discussions, leads and opportunities to achieve cloud and infrastructure objectives.
• Develop proposals, assist with tender responses and provide support to account managers and business development managers.
• Manage budget and forecasted effort for client engagements.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to the wider team that uplifts the quality of deliverables and provides proactive, constructive feedback on areas of development.
