Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description As a Principal Consultant in our Advisory unit, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile infrastructure, real estate, or natural resources projects for both private and public clients in the Middle East (KSA). You will support the team in delivering business transformation and advisory services, focusing on digital controls and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Provide support to the programmes for all controls & reporting functions ensuring that issues within the programme are highlighted and understood. Review current reporting practices and outputs, suggest and implement improvements. Produce progress reports showing variance against the baselines. Deliver Period Programme Updates and input to project reports. Coordinate between Clients and their Partners’, consultants’ and contractors’ programmes of works and compliance with the Project Programme. Reporting areas of ‘non-compliance’ for resolution. As appropriate and required, provide planning support to the bidding team to do all the activities necessary to submit the bidding documentations in time. Other responsibilities and desired behaviours: Client Assessment & Solution Development: Assess client environments and challenges, utilizing structured approaches to discover, deliver, and implement fit-for-purpose solutions. Develop and optimize change strategies, including vision, mission, capability assessment, target operating models, and change management frameworks. Create tailored solutions that align with client business models and operating environments. Programme & Project Management: Manage and deliver complex business transformation programmes, ensuring successful outcomes. Support the development and implementation of programme integration services, including project lifecycle design, governance, benefits management, and stakeholder relationships. Contribute to the development of PMO and controls strategies, functional set-up, and optimisation. Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Deliver workshops in virtual and face-to-face environments with senior (C-suite) client representatives. Build strong professional relationships with clients, providing excellent communication and influencing skills to support successful outcomes. Engage with stakeholders within large and complex organisations, navigating through complex environments. Internal Development & Business Generation: Contribute to the internal development of methodologies, product toolkits, and transformation products. Support business generation activities such as bids, proposals, and marketing campaigns. Mentor and coach team members, contributing to their technical and behavioural development. Qualifications Advanced Power BI skills and experience required. BSc Degree in the relevant field is preferred. Minimum 10 - 15 years’ post graduate experience is required. Regional experience with professional consultancy is necessary. Advanced Knowledge and Proficiency with multiple discipline specific software applications such as Primavera (P6) and/or other planning and resourcing software. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Professional working knowledge of project management and Planning software and tools.
