Description

Infosys is seeking a Principal Consultant in payments domain. The resource will be joining our financial services domain consulting team, this is a specialized team with expertise in supporting Banking, Cards & Payments, etc. domain projects. Candidate will be responsible to interface with end-users, IT teams and key stakeholders to gather system requirements. Will also apply technical proficiency across different stages of the software development life cycle including requirements elicitation; this opportunity is to be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of New York, NY or Phoenix, AZ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • At least 11years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Experience in Business Analysis and Product Management, defining product constructs and delivering a product vision and strategy.
  • Experience in transforming technology platforms.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 11-15years of experience in Credit cards domain and associated business functions like Card Authorization, Card transaction processing, Dispute Management, Statements, Clearing and Settlement, AR, etc.
  • Proven track record in managing large, complex products with multiple partners in Credit Cards Domain.
  • Strong knowledge on all phases of card life cycle.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels within the organization, internally and externally.
  • Proficient knowledge of Agile and Scrum development methodologies and IT project management
  • Experience in Product Management – Creating Product Vision, Product roadmap, Product features and Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes; Functional testing; Collaborating and Supporting cross functional teams.
  • Experience with business analysis tools and visual modelling
  • Analytical and Communication skills
  • Planning and Co-ordination skills
  • Build value through deep product, functional and application expertise and client manager engagement capabilities.
    Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in New York city, NY will be Min - 134,406 to 174,728 yearly.
