REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 + years of experience in Workforce Management area
  • Consulting Experience
  • Strong background in Workforce Management Software and business processes
  • Proven ability to lead teams from design to delivery of implementation projects
  • Proven track record of decision-making skills, strong, effective collaboration, and communication process across various levels of management. (Senior executives, project teams, IT leadership).
  • Retail industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

The Principal Consultant will manage the customer CXO level and the Executive Steering Committee

  • Can lead 4+ enterprise & mid-level accounts
  • Responsible for the implementation of Legion’s product suite, leading the project team, designing the solution, delivering the work, and providing a great experience for the customer
  • Owns customer relationships, strategy, project planning & direction, Solution Architecture,and business KPI achievement.
  • Can demo Legion products in depth
  • Hires, develops, and retains a team of Project Managers and Consultants
  • Contribute to the development of our implementation methodologies and participate in other internal initiatives
