Therefore, we are set-up in individual Core Service Clusters and Growth Areas: Life P/C Sales Productivity Resilience Sustainability Central Functions Key responsibilities / You will get to: You will lead AI projects, manage small teams, develop data and AI strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as the EU AI Act Stay updated on date and AI trends, recommend innovative solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to align data and AI initiatives with business objectives Ability to handle diverse and new topics in a fast paced consulting environment take ownership when required Develop and own new Service Offerings and Topics that would support our global clients Manage communications and project timelines Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within our strategic areas of development Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events Key requirements / What we hope you bring: University degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology Degrees or similar degrees 5 to 10 years of experience in data and AI relevant topics in consulting Knowledge of AI, Agentic Tools, MCP , data architecture and governance related topics Experience in assesing AI solution feasibilitys and provide strategic guidance on AI adoption with a solid understanding of real-world AI and data applications Ability to evaluate GenAI use cases potentials, especially in insurance or adjacent industries, by assessing data maturity, feasibility, and business value Your experience in strategic advisory, project management, change management, business transformation or initiative development and piloting AI solutions Good knowledge of AI governance , data protection, and compliance frameworks , including GDPR, EU AI Act, DORA and cybersecurity regulations Your mastery of working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help you organize and prioritize your tasks Your enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team You possess excellent English and German language skills, which you will utilize in preparing and delivering presentations and reports Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate Your curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques If you already have international experience, or speak German or other languages, we would love to hear more!
