Description

PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT (OAKLEAF & NIFES - FIRE RISK ASSESSMENT)

At Bellrock, we harness technology to give our customers an experience that not only leaves them with advanced building systems. But with peace of mind. And we unlock that by being technology-led, but people-driven. So when you’re part of Bellrock, you’ll get everything you need to be your best at work - because our people are the heart of our business. And we’re all about helping them to shine.
As an FRA Principal you will be operating as a senior manager, expected to support, and lead as directed, in the successful delivery of high-quality FRA work, as commissioned through Bellrock brands.
At Principal level you will support the Head of FRA in the delivery of the FRA projects. This will include a focus on nurturing key client relationships as we focus on a true consultative approach, ensuring that our clients not only receive a great service and technical excellence but also understand how to implement our findings. Taking ownership of some of our key accounts and developing new opportunities through relationship building will be central to your role.
The role will involve travel to job sites as required and attendance at regional offices on occasion. We like to schedule a training/CPD day at least once per quarter and also make use of this time for team bonding and experience sharing. There is also the expectation that you will be responsible for managing and planning your time in advance, working with our project support team and to meet Client needs. We also have a dedicated project support coordinator within the team to remove some of the admin side of things.
