Description

The Oracle Security and Controls practice is responsible for implementing Oracle ERP & HCM Cloud security and the Oracle Controls products to our customers. Our growing customer base and product portfolio offer exciting opportunities for broad and rapid skill development! We are looking for consultants who have in-depth functional Oracle ERP Cloud Security experience. Knowledge of Advanced Controls will be a plus. Successfully implement HCM Security and Advanced Controls. Identify product gaps and work with product development to address them, help with internal initiatives to create accelerators and content library, come up with innovative solutions to handle client requirements, ensure successful completion of the product within budget and on schedule. Critically evaluate information gathered from various sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Requirements Document, design document, test scripts etc.) Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously Be proactively engaged with internal initiatives to create best practice library, repeatable solutions to make the implementations more scalable #NAAC #LI-VC7 As a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow’s technology to tackle today’s challenges.
