JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking seasoned Functional Lead to drive the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules including Order Management, Fulfillment, Global Order Promising, and Scheduling. The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in the CPG industry, strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM, and experience leading multi-country rollouts in Europe.

Responsibilities .

  • Solution Design & Implementation
  • Lead the design and configuration of Oracle Fusion SCM modules: Order Management, Shipping Execution, Pricing, Global Order Promising, and Scheduling.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and document functional specifications (BRD, FDD, CWB).
  • Ensure alignment with CPG-specific business processes such as high-volume order orchestration, promotional pricing, and multi-channel fulfillment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, and IT to gather requirements and define scalable solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops, CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions across European business units.
  • Integration & Data Migration
  • Oversee integrations with Oracle Financials, Procurement, and external logistics systems using OIC, REST APIs, and web services.
  • Manage FBDI/ADFDI-based data migration from legacy systems.
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Develop OTBI and BI Publisher reports for order tracking, fulfillment KPIs, and inventory visibility.
  • Support analytics for demand forecasting and supply planning.
  • Leadership & Governance
  • Lead cross-functional teams including offshore/onshore consultants.
  • Provide training and hyper-care support post go-live.
  • Ensure compliance with EU regulations and CPG industry standards.

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle SCM, with 6+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Proven track record in at least 3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
  • Strong understanding of CPG industry processes: trade promotions, direct-to-store delivery, and multi-tier distribution.
  • Experience with Oracle modules: Order Management, Global Order Promising, Inventory, Pricing, and Scheduling.
  • Familiarity with European tax and logistics regulations.

Preferred

  • Oracle Cloud certifications in SCM modules.
  • Experience with ICS/OIC integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Proficiency in SQL, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
  • Agile project methodology experience.
