ROLE DETAILS

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Organisational Development Professional to join our team. Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building leadership capability and driving organisational excellence? Do you have the expertise to influence and shape workforce development strategies? This role will be responsible for the delivery of key organisational development projects within the Department of Human Services (DHS) including the DHS Mentoring Program, Graduate Program, People Matter Employee Survey (PMES) Action Plan 2025, management and leadership development, and talent and succession planning.

As a Principal Consultant, Organisational Development, you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with executives and managers to provide high-level organisational development advisory services that drive succession planning and leadership capability.
  • Managing the relaunch of the DHS Mentoring Program, delivery of the 2025 PMES Action Plan, and involvement in the strategic coordination of the DHS Graduate Program.
  • Facilitating stakeholder engagement activities, including focus groups and workshops, to identify workforce trends and develop effective solutions.
  • Coaching and advising executive and divisional leaders to enhance organisational culture, leadership capability, and performance.
  • Managing partnerships with key stakeholders, including the OCPSE South Australian Leadership Academy, to ensure sustainable leadership development.
