Description

Lead PMO and Project Controls assignments, assessing existing capability, identifying gaps and implementing practical improvements.
Design and embed strategic PMO / 3PO functions that enable transformation, support decisions and drive business performance.
Establish effective governance and delivery controls, covering planning, scheduling, costs, risks, issues, dependencies, reporting and assurance.
Shape transformation operating models, aligning organisational structures, people, capabilities, processes, data and technology.
Connect strategy with delivery, defining priorities, accountabilities, KPIs and benefits measures.
Independently lead client workshops, challenge assumptions, explore trade-offs, facilitate decisions and build consensus.
Apply AI and digital technologies to improve transformation delivery and PMO effectiveness, with appropriate data, security and governance controls.
Drive implementation and adoption, maintaining momentum and embedding sustainable ways of working.
