We are seeking a highly motivated Principal Implementation Consultant with 8+ years of experience in implementing ONESOURCE Indirect Tax. The Principal Implementation Consultant will work closely with ONESOURCE Project Managers and Technical SME to implement ONESOURCE Determination software at client sites or remotely in Global Implementations.
You will provide customers with Tax Engine expertise when implementing tax scenarios, and integrating ONESOURCE Indirect Tax to ERP applications, ecommerce, and POS. As an Principal Implementation Consultant you work with a project team to gather and defined business requirements and convert them into robust and flexible solutions. This position is unique as you will be exposed to customers from all different industries and their business requirements and operations.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this opportunity as Principal Consultant, you will:

• Serve as a primary Tax SME with client tax professionals
• Lead business and user requirements sessions and formulate into design/solution documentation.
• Assist in the analysis and delivery of ONESOURCE Determination implementations that reflect an in-depth understanding of the client’s tax requirements and compliance process.
• Work with clients to translate their tax policy into ONESOURCE Determination solutions
• Work with Product and Engineering teams in growth of the product and solutions
• Execute personal working within a controlled project management environment

You’re a fit for the role of Principal Consultant if your background includes:

• 8+ years of work experience with at least 3 of those years working with ONESOURCE Determination
• Must have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Must have experience implementing ONESOURCE Determination
• Must be skilled in troubleshooting and resolving ONESOURCE Determination issues
• Should have experience with process analysis, design, mapping, and re-engineering
• Should have experience with process/software gap analysis and resolution
• Should have experience creating and executing test cases and test script
