MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid years of experience in mobile QA, with experience in a leadership or consulting role.
  • Expertise in mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and mobile testing tools (e.g., Appium, XCUITest, Espresso).
  • Proven experience in test automation using relevant frameworks and tools.
  • Strong background in agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Experience managing QA teams, providing mentorship and direction.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and version control tools (e.g., Git).
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead mobile application testing efforts, ensuring high standards for functionality, usability, and performance.
  • Provide strategic guidance on QA processes, tools, and frameworks for mobile apps.
  • Design and implement robust mobile testing strategies, covering both manual and automated approaches.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business teams to define quality requirements.
  • Drive adoption of automated testing tools and frameworks, ensuring efficient test coverage.
  • Mentor and manage QA teams, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide consultative mobile QA expertise.
  • Continuously assess testing processes and implement improvements to optimize testing efficiency.
