YOUR ROLE: LEAD CLIMATE STRATEGY IN SE ASIA

We’re looking for a driven Principal Consultant to lead our Climate Change & Net-Zero Strategy services in SE Asia and Singapore, while also supporting clients across Asia-Pacific. You’ll be the face of our climate advisory services in Singapore – building client relationships, leading projects, and driving growth.

You’ll work across APAC, delivering practical, high-quality solutions for clients in:

• Aligning with IFRS and other mandatory sustainability reporting requirements
• Climate risk and scenario analysis
• GHG emissions accounting (Scopes 1, 2 & 3)
• Net-zero and decarbonisation strategy
• Renewable energy and fleet transition planning

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead & Grow : Build SLR’s presence in Singapore and beyond through business development, thought leadership, and client engagement.
• Deliver Projects : Manage end-to-end delivery of climate strategy projects, ensuring quality, insight, and impact.
• Inspire Teams : Mentor and manage junior consultants, manage project teams, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing culture.
• Shape Solutions : Develop new service offerings aligned with market needs and regulatory trends.
