Strong professional experience in contract compliance, legal governance, or risk management. Proven track record of working with global legal teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, internal audits, and governance practices. Familiarity with ESG, data security, HR policies, and financial compliance processes. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. Experience in a global corporate environment with exposure to multi-jurisdictional compliance practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders. RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with the Global Legal Team to interpret, implement, and monitor contract compliance requirements. Partner with cross-functional teams including Internal Audit (Inspire), Finance, HR, ESG, Security, and TAP to ensure compliance frameworks are aligned with organizational policies and regulations. Develop and implement compliance monitoring mechanisms, reporting structures, and risk mitigation strategies. Drive awareness and training programs to embed compliance culture across the organization. Support audits, investigations, and assessments related to contract compliance. Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on compliance risks, findings, and improvements. Ensure compliance practices meet both global and regional regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in LLM/LLB.
Responsibilities
