The ROLE
This position is responsible for helping our clients address some of their biggest data challenges. The person in this position will be experienced in managing and completing successful projects as a team member and demonstrates business process knowledge in data migration, governance and other focus areas. He/she must be proficient in the implementation of Syniti Data Migration Methodology and Tools and/or other industry standard migration tools. The person in this role will lead teams to apply their cumulative knowledge, skills, and abilities to solve customer needs, while also managing customer relationships and developing new business. This role will also carry significant responsibility for people management development. This person will be a key contributor to the consulting team at different phases of the project including discovery, solution generation, design/architecture and the detailing of the overall process. This position will play a pivotal role in helping us drive the successful delivery of new solutions to our clients every day.

• Deliver unique technology and business solutions to clients across industries, including; Financial Services, Pharma & Life Sciences, Manufacturing and Utilities.
• Implements and develops customer deliverables independently using Syniti methodology and tools that meet or exceed customer requirements.
• Provides overall project management, including project planning and approach for one or more moderately complex project.
• Organizes project team and coordinates united effort to achieve and exceed deliverables.
• Ensures best practice methodologies are established and followed.
• Coordinates and communicates with the customer’s PMO.
• Drives the improvement and refinement of new and existing solutions.
• Executes project team and coordinates united effort to achieve and exceed deliverables.
• Demonstrates complete understanding of all assigned contract terms, risks, and policies for all project under program management.
• Effectively enforces to the contract’s terms and conditions and type of contract.
• Provides management and oversight to their respective data process area.
• Conducts resource planning for program management and subject matter experts related to a variety of project activities.
• Publishes and maintains program management status dashboard and metrics reporting for a variety of projects.
• Mentors junior PMs on Syniti standards and best practices.
• Develops trusted advisor relationships with senior-level customer personnel.
• Coordinates and monitors effective knowledge transfer of Syniti methodologies to client team members.
• Develop and test all technical solutions per functional specifications and conduct user training as needed.
• Conducts Business Blueprint workshops with customer to understand the business requirements and advise them on To-Be solutions based on relevant technical areas such as SAP BPC, SAC, SAP MDG, and others.
• Provide overall status for object readiness.
• Organizes process area data team and orchestrates all technical and functional activities.
• Assures progress tracking against deliverables and reports status.
• Work closely with other consultants on customer site as a part of small to large size project teams.
• Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues.
• Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products.
• Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients.
• Possesses an advanced level of functional/technical expertise within their respective target area of focus.
• Maintains engagement utilization requirement.
• This position requires 100% travel.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related analytical or technical disciplines.
• 12+ years of ERP techno-functional or functional experience, SAP preferred.
• Certified Data Governance, Data Migration or Performance Management Professional.
