THE ROLE SUMMARY

• You work out what technology solutions a mid sized business should build, then make sure it gets built. In practice that is discovery and scoping with the client, running the workshops, and directing the engineering team who deliver it. Usually a handful of clients at the same time. You may encounter a range of project types, including data (pipelines, reporting, warehousing), custom software and automation, systems integration, AI driven solutions, etc. Most clients have the same goal: work out how they can use technology to scale revenue without headcount.
