Principal Copywriter Location: San Francisco (in-person, 6-7 days/week) Compensation: $160k – $280k total annual compensation Virio is building the AI marketer for enterprise. We help vertical SaaS companies turn LinkedIn into their #1 GTM channel. Virio pairs world-class content engineers with agentic AI research to create brand-safe, ICP-targeted executive content that drives real pipeline, not vanity metrics. Today, we run a done-for-you content engine for B2B executives. Tomorrow, we’re building a fully autonomous AI marketer embedded inside enterprise teams. Having added $1M in ARR within the last 30 days, our recruiting team is moving quick to hire the talent we need to continue scaling. What You’ll Do Own day-to-day content execution for executive LinkedIn programs across multiple B2B SaaS clients. Write daily posts that translate executive ideas into concise, high-performing copy. Define content lanes, hooks, and CTAs aligned to each executive’s GTM objectives. Conduct executive interviews to source raw material and convert it into publish-ready content. Maintain reliable delivery through briefs, templates, and review workflows. Collaborate with account and creative partners to ensure messaging consistency. Iterate rapidly based on performance data and client feedback. Performance-aware – You track engagement and attribution signals and use them to refine copy and messaging. Systems-minded – You build and maintain briefs, templates, and workflows that enable consistent output at scale. Fast-moving – You operate comfortably in high-velocity environments and adapt quickly as priorities change. Strong operator – You can own day-to-day executive content execution while shaping narrative direction across accounts. Strategic storyteller - You craft narratives that resonate with founders, CMOs, and GTM leaders - and tie them to real business outcomes. Content architect - You know how to build a content engine from scratch: formats, cadences, hooks, and systems that scale. Client-obsessed - You treat content as a strategic lever to deepen relationships, drive renewals, and grow accounts. Execution-first - You don’t just pitch ideas - you write copy, ship posts, and iterate fast based on data.
