This position is remote to enhance our competitive edge and expand our cross-functional collaboration efforts.
Join one of the most exciting growth opportunities in MedTech! Our CRDN portfolio includes Coronary PCI, Renal Denervation, and CathWorks FFRangio. Renal Denervation (RDN) is an innovative procedure that helps patients lower their blood pressure by targeting specific overactive nerves near the kidneys, which can lead to hypertension—a global epidemic affecting up to half of all adults.
CathWorks provides a sophisticated FFRangio system designed to support interventional cardiologists in gaining a deeper insight into their patients’ physiology in the cath lab. By leveraging artificial intelligence and state-of-the-art computational science, the FFRangio System derives physiological data from standard angiograms, thereby improving the decision-making process for treatment.
We are looking for a Principal Customer Specialist to join our growing US Customer Education and Programs team, with dual reporting responsibilities to Customer Engagement. This role will oversee the full lifecycle of Symplicity and CathWorks speaker programs, ensuring seamless execution from program request to closeout. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in program management and meeting planning, capable of liaising with the programs team on content-related requests and leading change management initiatives.
