As part of our industry leading Dams team, you’ll contribute to feasibility studies, design, construction and asset management, collaborating with specialists nationally and internationally to develop sustainable water solutions. How you’ll make a difference Lead and manage embankment dam engineering projects from concept through to detailed design and construction support. Oversee and interpret geotechnical investigations and ensure design work aligns with ANCOLD Guidelines and project requirements. Provide technical leadership, review and coordination across multidisciplinary teams while maintaining strong client communication. Support business growth by leading proposals, contributing to high-quality project delivery and mentoring junior team members. Qualifications The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Proven ability to manage complex dam projects and deliver high-quality outcomes on time. Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving, organisational and commercial skills, and the ability to build effective client relationships. Collaborative and detail-focused professional who shows initiative and thrives in a deadline-driven environment.
