REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree Qualified (BA, BSc) in relevant field (analytics, mathematics, economics, business, statistics, engineering, or finance) or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in data analysis with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Expertise in Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, SQL, Python, or other ETL tools.
  • Expertise in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

As part of the Ireland Rebate Analytics Billing team, you will support the Manufacturer Discount Finance team become industry leaders for ensuring accurate claim identification within the 340B program by leveraging analytical-driven operations and solutions to address the challenges related to the availability and transparency of 340B data among stakeholders. You will establish and uphold industry-leading standards for data collection, reconciliation, and validation to enhance the precision of results and deliver exceptional value to our clients. Leveraging advanced analytics, you will identify 340B opportunities and support our predictive analytic / ML models. Additionally, you will conduct ad-hoc investigations and deep-dive analyses to provide valuable insights and identify trends at both the pharmaceutical and client levels. Your analytical insights can impact on the overall Industry Relations strategy. A curious mindset is essential, as you will seek innovative ways to analyze data and challenge existing practices. You will also explore opportunities for the growth and expansion of our analytical insights to support a broader stakeholder base.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead development of business solutions by engaging with senior leaders and business teams to understand business priorities
  • Address the most challenging business needs by performing complex analysis and applying your data engineering and visualization skills.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights including outliers opportunity detection.
  • Collaborate with users to provide insight to their business strategy.
  • Communicate complex business problems and your solutions to audiences including senior leaders.
  • Collaborate with data strategy and IT partners to access and enhance data products.
  • Data Processing: Clean, transform, and load data for analysis.
  • Reporting: Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing quality control measures.
  • Ad hoc Analysis: Perform additional analysis as required to support business initiatives.
