We empower customers by leveraging technology to solve their unique business challenges, guiding them toward successful digital transformation.
Our value to clients lies in our ability to provide deep technical guidance aligned with real business needs. Principal Data Architects play a critical role in this, bringing a high level of expertise in Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning, including Data Governance and Compliance. These architects combine technical depth with business acumen, enabling them to confidently engage stakeholders at all levels—from engineers to the C-suite—throughout the entire technology adoption lifecycle.
Principal Data Architects are assigned to multiple strategic accounts, where they act as trusted technical advisors. They are respected thought leaders who challenge and guide clients in a collaborative, respectful manner to ensure maximum value from their technology investments.
In addition to their client-facing responsibilities, Principal Architects actively contribute to the sales process—often in a pre-sales or subject matter expert (SME) capacity. They partner with Account Executives and Presales Architects to scope opportunities, define technical solutions, and help craft detailed statements of work. Their involvement in ongoing account management is essential to sustaining long-term client success.
Principal Architects may also take on leadership responsibilities, dedicating approximately 10% of their time to mentoring, supporting, and developing a team of architects and engineers as people managers.
