POSITION SUMMARY
CVS Health’s Analytics and Behavioral Change department maintains industry-leading analytical solutions to power enterprise value through automation and innovation. This position will be reporting to the Associate Vice President of Caremark Analytics.
The Principal Data Scientist will leverage their technical and product management expertise to drive our AI innovation to revolutionize the way CVS forecasts drug utilization. An ideal candidate within this role will be required to lead, train, and develop a team of data scientists who will be responsible for maintaining current processes as well as fostering innovative solutions.
This person will collaborate with business leaders and partners to help inform strategy development, prioritization of analytic efforts, and formulation of specific workplans and projects to execute across the retail pharmacy chain. This individual must be able to effectively influence and communicate with non-technical audience using facts and well-reasoned cases.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline.
Master’s degree or PhD preferred
