Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand programs — including webinars, executive dinners, regional networking events, and tradeshows. Lead end-to-end project management — managing timelines, budgets, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment for flawless execution. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and corporate teams to align strategy, messaging, and audience targeting. Oversee event logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, invitations, registration, and on-site management. Develop and execute nurture and email campaigns that move prospects through the buyer journey. Measure, analyze, and report performance to demonstrate ROI and drive continuous improvement. Operate with agility and accountability, executing with the speed of a startup while leveraging the resources of a global enterprise. Travel approximately 10-15% of the time to support regional events and team meetings. 6-10 years of B2B marketing experience with a required mix of demand generation and field marketing. Proven ability to lead integrated campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact. Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills are required. Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM systems (Marketo and Salesforce preferred). Analytical mindset with experience tracking and optimizing performance metrics. Collaborative and proactive working style; comfortable navigating a large corporate environment while maintaining a nimble, entrepreneurial approach.
