Start here. Grow here. Job Description Lead the development and coordination of Electrical BIM models across all project stages (Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, IFC). Manage the setup, maintenance, and delivery of electrical models in line with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP). Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks Manage, ensuring interdisciplinary coordination. Ensure compliance with company and project BIM standards, processes, and data management requirements. Work within Common Data Environments (CDE) such as BIM 360, Aconex, or ProjectWise for collaboration and version control. Generate electrical layouts, schematics, single line diagrams, and schedules directly from BIM models. Support BIM Managers in developing workflows, templates, and quality control processes. Mentor and guide junior BIM designers and modelers within the electrical team. Participate in design coordination and review meetings to ensure model accuracy and design intent. Collaborate with discipline leads and stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet project and client expectations. Qualifications 10+ years of total professional experience, with at least 8 years in Middle East projects of large-scale and complex nature. Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit (Electrical) and Navisworks Manage for modeling and coordination. Proven experience in delivering projects from Schematic to IFC design stages. Hands-on experience with Common Data Environments (CDE) such as BIM 360, Aconex, or ProjectWise. Working knowledge of BIM Level 2 / ISO 19650 workflows and documentation. Strong understanding of building electrical systems (LV, MV, ELV, Power Distribution, Lighting, etc.). Excellent collaboration and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
