Responsibilities

As an Principal Engagement Manager you will be at the forefront of Customer Service Excellence!
This is not a sales job! We pride ourselves on eliminating the generic ‘sales’ approach. We believe if you look after people, provide good service, and deliver value for money then the sales side will look after itself. So, we want our Engagement Managers to be warm and much more approachable, combining extensive knowledge of the product, experience of working with clients, time, and dedication.
We look after over 750 NAV/Business Central customers, and pride ourselves on having Engagement Managers who understand ERP and understand how customers can better utilise their system to its full potential.

Key responsibilities:

  • First and foremost, your job is to keep customers happy, well served, and informed
  • Keeping your customers up to date with the latest updates and technologies; Node4 software and third-party solutions through regular engagement, we do love a site visit!
  • Understanding your customer’s business inside and out and building a strategic Account Plan to help them improve processes and help their business succeed.
  • Introducing new tools and products, pushing forward any necessary changes utilizing the many great services we have within the Node4 group.
  • Acting as the customers trusted advisor so they share their needs and plans with us to help drive technology adoption that will support their business growth
  • Manage and sell medium to large complex ERP sales opportunities (500K – 10M).
  • Confidently manage multi-company, multi-country, and multinational customers and prospects.
  • Engage with C-Suite executives and board members using strong relationship and sales skills.
  • Demonstrate good sales cycle management and control skills.
  • Build long-standing and high-value business relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Support and nurture career growth for more junior Engagement Managers.
  • Coaching and supporting EM’s with complex opportunities or escalations
  • Updating the CRM system
  • Identify commercial opportunities and raising change requests
