Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Design Lead for Power Management ICs and MCMs Work closely with Concept Engineering, Applications, Marketing, and Project Managers to define feature set, chip architecture, resourcing, schedule and cost Mentor less experienced designers in the art of mixed-signal design, highlighting good design practices Support / plan DFT strategy and DFT design implementation Support production test development and ramp to production Specification and transistor-level design of low-power / high-performance analog circuits and power management modules meeting performance, silicon area, power and timescale constraints with CMOS/BCD technology Perform all aspects of IC analog/mixed signal design from definition to production. Potential areas of design include precision, low-power analog & I/O blocks, A/D & D/A converters, PLLs, as well as higher voltage integrated drivers, switching FETs, and sense and protection circuitry Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field and minimum of 10 years of IC design experience Strong foundation in analog and mixed signal design Have experience as a design team lead and manager Attention to detail during all aspects of architecture definition, circuit design, debug and documentation Exceptional interpersonal, time management and communication skills Design experience with Power Management ICs and LDMOS/BCD process technologies and PDKs Proficiency with the complete suite of Cadence tools for mixed signal design Solid knowledge of EDA design tools and Cadence design environment and hands-on experience with Virtuoso Custom IC Environment Good communication and teamwork skills Strong hand-on experiences in lab for silicon evaluation and validation Power electronics knowledge is a big plus #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
