Description
Mandatory Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) installations. Solid knowledge in design software (e.g., AutoCAD) and calculation software (e.g., Design Builder). Minimum of 6+ year experience in HVAC design engineering is required. Strong English language skills. Extensive knowledge of national, international and local codes and standards. Good knowledge of energy and sustainability regulations and industry best practices. Proven ability to innovate and develop creative technical solutions to advanced HVAC design challenges. They should excel in problem-solving and improving HVAC performance through innovative technologies and methods. Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration with clients, architects, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process. Implementation of quality procedure to ensure a good design deliverable. Strong leadership skills and previous experience in managing medium to large-scale projects. Master's degree in Mechanical Installations, especially HVAC field. Expertise in energy efficiency and sustainability. Good knowledge of BREEM, LEED and other certification standards is highly valued. Affiliation to professional organizations.
