Description
Improve, optimize, sustain automation solution to meet committed KPI, such as harvesting, automation performance (UPH, OEE, MTBF, incident rate ) Work with cross function teams to gather requirement, align with key stakeholders, translate requirement to technical requirement & Spec, concept study with Biz case to trigger feasibility study Lead & support feasibility study and Prove Of Concept(POC) with internal & external team, work out Equipment Purchasing Specification, balance opportunity & risk, trigger real happen and create value through innovation Lead and drive automation partner and internal team for automation solution hardware and software: function & feature, control architecture, interface definition& design with SecsGem200/300 protocol, sequence diagram with Auto Load/Unload and Load&Go; integration with existing EQ, new EQ automation, Material Handling Automation, AOI, new & existing control layer; design review with site and function team Responsible & support automation solution setup, trail run, test, buyoff, change management, continual improvement & optimization, documentation, train operation team and incident management with internal and external team Support automation maintenance and trouble shotting, and continual improvement New technologies/solutions study, develop, demo, design standardization and define approach & guidance with I40 design team Leading and support site automation roadmap and blue pictures to influence and adapt site automation strategy Leading, guidance and train site automation team for automation study, implement and sustain Bachelor and above in Mechanical engineering, Automation engineering, Mechanical-Electronical engineering, Robotic engineering, Computer Engineering, Software engineering or related field Experience in semiconductor or customized automation manufacturing environment > 5 years' experience in customized automatic solution development, like new automatic equipment, and/or new auto load/unload, and/or new Material Handling System(auto storage, e-Rack, conveyor, Robot/Cobot End effector ) design with 2D/3D design software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor.. ; or >5 years' experience with application development, database management (e.g., MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle, MongoDB) >3 years team leading experience Proven experience in automatic solutions like Cobot/Robot, AGV/AMR, Humanoid Robot and auto conveyor, auto storage, auto Load/Unload Proven experience in integration with Low Level Controller (PLC, PC ), Cell Control Layer, Machine Control System for process equipment, equipment automation, Material Handling Automation, robotic system..
