We are seeking a Principal Engineer to join our team at Baxter Braine L’alleud. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement world-class product quality improvement projects in various manufacturing plants worldwide, ensuring flawless execution and impactful results.

Responsibilities

As a Principal Engineer, you will develop and implement world-class product quality improvement projects in various manufacturing plants worldwide, ensuring flawless execution and impactful results. You will align with GDP/GMP regulations and act as an expert in all quality-related activities within the Nutrition On Market Container group. You will be adequately trained to own CAPA (including DMAIC methodology) and Change Control processes, ensuring outstanding standards are met. You will successfully work in global projects within a multifunctional environment, encouraging collaboration and innovation. Your responsibilities will include designing engineering studies, interpreting results, and compiling comprehensive reports on process and product scale-up, manufacturability, cost-of-goods, operating parameters, and specifications. You will present information and study results effectively to pertinent organization staff members. Maintaining a high degree of engineering knowledge and expertise in key technical or scientific areas, you will conduct literature research and identify new technological opportunities to improve products and manufacturing processes. You will screen new insights and perform feasibility studies for container closure system improvements. Interacting with suppliers, business and marketing staff, manufacturing groups, and senior management as necessary in the conduct of responsibilities, you will ensure seamless communication and collaboration. You will perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and an unwavering dedication to continuous improvement.
