Key Accountabilities Provide Phosphate BU top management and departments analysis, advice and support on CAPEX (Capital) and Project related matters to facilitate effective decisions and corresponding actions for the below requirements. CAPEX initiation, evaluation and approval AFE funds prioritization, utilization, optimization and control. New Projects Risk Mitigation New Projects execution planning, prioritization and control Ongoing Projects execution performance monitoring and control Ongoing Projects Compliance and control. Projects Life Cycle Management. Continuous Improvements Provide deliverables through the below support activities. Financial Cost Calculation, Analysis and Modelling. Cost and Benefit Calculation and Analysis. Capitals and Projects Risks, Strengths and Weaknesses Analysis. Development and Analysis of proposed Project Scope of Work, Cash Flows, Resource planning and Schedules. Contracts technical proposal analysis and evaluation, Project Plan risk, Financial Calculations and analysis, etc. Approved CAPEX AFEs cash flow and funds monitoring, analysis and control. Other activities to be assigned by his immediate superior. Provides key support to Phosphate BU Management, Projects, Turnaround, Operations, Maintenance and Finance Departments. CAPEX and Projects Monitoring CAPEX and Projects Control End User Department Support Finance Department Support Projects and Turnaround department’s Support Phosphate BU Interface, Integration, Collaboration and Coordination Promote safety culture Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies Minimum Qualifications: University degree in Engineering. Preferably with a post graduate degree (MBA or equivalent) Minimum Experience: Minimum,15 years’ total experience in chemical, mining, fertilizer manufacturing or equivalent environment. At least Five (5) years in CAPEX and Projects Control and Administration.
