Job Description Position Overview: As a Principal Engineer - Civil and Road within our Infrastructure, you will lead high-profile projects, ensure technical excellence, and maintain strong client relationships. You will provide strategic direction, mentor junior engineers, and drive the successful delivery of complex Infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of Civil and Road for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Develop and maintain strong, productive client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for major projects. Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Prepare and review detailed technical specifications, drawings, and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Manage project resources, and schedules, ensuring optimal utilization and financial performance. Provide regular reports on project status, technical performance, and team development to senior management. Prepare reports calculations and design documentation Prepare design using Civil 3D software for BIM environment. Assist in managing Infrastructure projects, supporting senior engineers and project leaders in delivering successful outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related engineering field. Master’s degree preferred. Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Civil and Road Design with a proven track record of leading complex projects. Extensive experience in design of Civil and Road Design. In-depth knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
