About you Working in collaboration with our global network of experts and industry leaders, you will contribute to the successful delivery of dam, hydropower and pumped hydro projects around the world. Your role will involve providing technical advice and solutions grounded in your expertise, ensuring projects meet cost, schedule, quality, and technical standards. We are seeking expressions of interest from qualified engineers with a minimum of 15 years’ relevant industry experience and a strong understanding of international standards and codes of practice. Ideally, you will bring consultancy experience, including managing engineering teams and coordinating with other technical disciplines to deliver integrated, high-quality outcomes. Principal Engineer – Hydraulics We are seeking a seasoned hydraulics specialist with expertise in the design and analysis of dam and hydropower infrastructure. Key areas of experience should include most of the following: Hydraulic design of river diversion systems, tunnels, outlet works, spillways, plunge pools, or stilling basins Advanced 3D CFD modelling of hydraulic structures Reservoir simulation and energy estimates Dam break analysis and complex hydraulics problem solving Principal Engineer – Embankment Dam Specialist This role requires deep technical knowledge in embankment dam engineering, with demonstrated experience in: Concrete Faced Rockfill Dams (CFRD) Asphalt Core Dams (ACD) Geomembrane Faced Rockfill Dams (GFRD) Principal Engineer – Gravity Dam Specialist We are looking for a gravity dam expert with proven experience in: Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC) gravity dams Conventional concrete dam design and construction Principal Engineer – Electrical Experience in hydroelectric power projects, preparation in feasibility studies, tender and detail design, design review, site supervision, commissioning and rehabilitation Sound knowledge of relevant standards including AS, IEC, IEEE and NFPA Proficient in power system studies, detailed single line diagram and schematic diagrams, salient pole generator design and protection studies and design including grading studies How to apply All applications must be submitted online.
